Too much

a regular basis. Practice yoga, go to park, swimming pool, plan personal vacation, try to use internet
lesser, engage in conversations and activities that encourage socialization
with other people, spend some ‘you’ time to relax & re-energize.
Smoking, excessive caffeine, and alcohol.
Liquor, coffee, and cigarettes can interfere with the functioning of your
digestive system, and lead to problems like stomach ulcers and heartburn.
Try to
limit your time in the direct sunshine between 10am and 4pm, when UV exposure
is at its peak. If you are going to be outside, be sure to apply plenty of
sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure. You can also opt for a sunglasses and
hat with a brim or umbrella for full protection from the scorching heat.
Sleep plays
a vital role in your health and well-being. Getting enough quality sleep(6-8
hours) at the right times can help protect your mental and physical health,
safety and quality of life.
