1. Moisturizing Face Mask

and flaky very easily. Honey, with its varied properties can be a great
moisturizer for the skin. It hydrates the skin and makes it soft and supple.
Remedy 1:
Apply raw honey directly on the skin and leave it on for up to 20 minutes, then
rinse and massage it off thoroughly with water.
Remedy 2:
· ½
ripe papaya (mashed)
· 1
tsp Honey
· Mix
the two in a bowl and apply all over the face
· Leave
it to dry for 20 minutes
· Rinse
it off with normal water
· Repeat
at least twice a week for silky smooth skin.
2. Gentle Exfoliator
The enzymes in the honey
work well as a gentle exfoliator, helping your complexion to be healthy and
radiant. Your skin will glow.
3. Use It As A Cleanser
Like we said, dry skin and
clogged pores go hand in hand. The enzymes present in raw honey helps keep the

Remedy 1:
· Add
2 tbsp of coconut oil to raw honey.
· Gently
massage it on your skin
· Let
it stay for 10-20 minutes.

teaspoon of honey with juice of one lemon (remove dead skin cells) and 2
teaspoons of water.

Green tea, yoghurt & banana mask

green tea bag

tbsp yoghurt

banana (mashed)

everything and apply on the face
· Massage
for 5 minutes & leave it to dry
· Rinse
with normal water

· 2
tbsp milk
· 8-10
almonds (crushed)

· Mix
all the ingredients
· Use
the mix to gently massage the face for 5 minutes
· Leave
it to dry for 10 more minutes
· Wash
off with normal water
· Repeat
once a week for soft & supple skin

3:
· Mix
2 tablespoons of raw honey with quarter of ripe avocado,
· 1
teaspoon of dry oats and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
· The
fats in the avocado and whole milk yogurt are deeply moisturizing to the skin,
while the lactic acid in the yogurt smooths your skin, refines pores, and
stimulates collagen production.
· This
mask is rich in B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, zinc,
copper, manganese and magnesium. It’s basically nutrition for your face!
· You
can use this moisturizing mask several times a week if you’d like. It’s very
gentle on this skin.
Remedy
4:
· 1
teaspoon mashed avocado
· 1
teaspoon plain whole milk yogurt
· 1
teaspoon raw honey
· Mix
ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over your face and
let it sit for 20-30 minutes before washing it off.
6. Pimple Vanisher
· Dab
honey right onto the pimple.
· Leave
it overnight and voila it just vanishes in the morning. If your pimple is a bit
stubborn, treat it every night with honey and eventually it will disappear in
no time.
7. Scar Fader and Rash Cream
Remedy--- Massage raw honey
directly to the affected area in a circular motion for one to two minutes,
leave it for an hour or keep it overnight for best results.
8. Acne Spot Treatment
Its antibacterial properties
can help fight acne-causing bacteria.
Remedy:
Apply raw honey directly on the breakout and then rinse it off after 10 to 15
minutes.

Remedy:
· Mix
two big tablespoons of raw honey into one cup of hot water until the honey is

Remedy:
Rub raw honey over each cuticle and leave it on for five to 10 minutes before
rinsing it off.

Remedy:
· Mix
one-quarter cup of organic raw honey with just enough fresh water to thin it
out to the point where you can spread it around your hair, adding it tablespoon
by tablespoon.
· Apply
as you would a shampoo to damp hair and let it sit for 30 minutes.
· Rinse
with lukewarm water. Final wash with
normal water. Use twice a week.
13. Hair Hydrating Mask
Honey can prevent your hair
from drying out because it is very effective in retaining moisture and keeping
locks soft and bouncy.
Remedy:
· One
ripe banana, half a cup of raw honey, one-quarter cup of curd
· Mix
them well
· Apply
this onto your hair and scalp, leave it for 20 minutes
· Then
rinse it off.
Or,,,,,,,
· Make
a banana and honey hair mask by combining two very ripe bananas, half a cup of
unprocessed honey, and one-quarter cup of olive oil.
· Blend
the ingredients until smooth (you don't want chunks of banana getting stuck in
your hair!). Apply this onto your hair and scalp evenly, then cover with a
shower cap. Leave the mixture on for about 20 to 25 minutes, then rinse the
mask out with lukewarm water and shampoo. Final wash with normal water. Comb through the hair to get rid of any
remaining mask and rinse again.
· This
mask can be used two to three times a month.
